Isaiah was a prophet who spoke to the people for God. Isaiah spoke a lot about Jesus and his birth, his life, and how Jesus died too. Isaiah said many things about Jesus BEFORE it even happened.

Jesus came back to life, and Isaiah spoke about that and of amazing future events involving Jesus! Jesus is our rescuer!

We have many ancient copies of the Book of Isaiah in scroll form as well as ancient copies of other books in our Bible!

1 year before Israel became a nation again, in 1947, a Gentile Shepherd Boy found many copies of our Bible in a cave. His findings are called “The Dead Sea Scrolls”. They are scrolls of our Bible dating back over 2,000 years from the time BEFORE Jesus was born! - In this video is a scroll copy of the Book of Isaiah - what is written on this old scroll is the same verses that our found in your Bible today!

1:52 Isaiah & Micah Prophesy about Jesus

4:10 “Carrier” By Jared Anderson Lyrics are from the Book of Isaiah 61:1. Jesus read these words from Isaiah 61 when He started His ministry in Luke 4:14-30.

As followers of Jesus, this is God’s Will for your life: to Keep God 1st in your life so that the Spirit of God can be on you and so that you can share the Good News of God with others - loving them! Will you go?

Historical Artwork: ISAIAH

This was spoken to the prophet Isaiah by God. It was a message given to the “House of David” (verse 13) and to it’s current King - King Ahaz of the tribe of Judah.

King Ahaz was one of Judah’s worst Kings, and he refused going to God for help. It was at this point, to the current King of Judah, that Isaiah spoke the words of God - a prophecy ushering in the GREATEST RESCUER for all mankind! The GREATEST KING that would replace all human Kings.

There are many prophecies in the Book of Isaiah that Jesus fulfilled in His lifetime. So many, that nobody could have planned the events which include other people, situations, and cities - that it could never have been purposely played out by human purposes. Jesus is God’s Son - God in the flesh!

God is looking for servants - Jesus was our example and He is referred to a servant of God and a servant for the people.

If we can hold tight to God and keep Him first in our lives, we can be successful at living in such a way. God promises that such a way reaps rewards - for now and for later.

Do you believe that God loves you? That He knows everything about you, and yet He loves you? He wants the VERY best for you and your life, will you follow Him?

Emmanuel… Is God with you?

Isaiah 50:10-11

“Who among you fears the Lord
and obeys his servant?
If you are walking in darkness,
without a ray of light,
trust in the Lord
and rely on your God.
But watch out, you who live in your own light
and warm yourselves by your own fires.
This is the reward you will receive from me:
You will soon fall down in great torment.”
